Bird’s Hill Wagyu is a family-owned farm in New Brunswick and Atlantic Canada’s sole commercial producer of full-blood Wagyu beef.
Our Story
What started with a handful of Wagyu embryos has grown into a herd of more than 285 full-blood Wagyu cattle, with another 20 calves expected this fall.
Along the way, our focus at Bird’s Hill Wagyu has stayed the same: raise exceptional cattle with care, patience and a commitment to doing things properly.
We raise 100% full-blood Wagyu with close attention to quality at every stage, from breeding and bloodlines to how each animal is cared for on our farm.
Our herd is DNA parent-verified and traced back to Japanese Black Wagyu genetics, preserving the integrity of this remarkable breed and the standard it is known for around the world.
For us, this work is personal. We care deeply about the animals we raise, the land we work and the people who bring our beef to their table. That care carries through everything we do, and it is what makes Bird’s Hill Wagyu what it is.
